  • The registration fee for this conference is $70.00 per attendee.

  • Please include the name of any attendee and any dietary restrictions, including allergies, vegetarian preferences, etc.
  • Please identify members requiring special consideration, including mobility restrictions.

  • Once your registration is submitted, you will receive an invoice via e-mail from Linda Duffy, the Wisconsin Regional Coordinator.

    All food and supplies for the conference will be ordered by May 24, 2018. Please note that no new registrations or modifications to existing registrations can be made after that date.

    When your registration is complete, make sure to complete your hotel reservation. Go to the “Conferences” link for more information. Hotel reservations are due by May 16, 2018, to ensure the group rate.
